“Welcome to the New Age of Fitness Training”

GeT SwOL, Pure Fiber Fitness: “Real People, Real Fitness” is to show people who exercise and people that want to start working out, a different side and a unique way of exercise without the pretty beaches, resorts, and palm trees in the background.

We as people get caught up in everyday life. We tend to forget about exercise is important for our health and life because of work, paying bills, and rent. We tend to get a little lazy at times because of our lifestyles. I want to show people in the East Coast, other regions and other parts of the world ways that you too can FeeL and look GreAT…

In today’s society, the prices of some Gym Memberships are so expensive that the general public and other people tend to get a little discouraged. Some people also tend to lose sight & focus on wanting to workout. Many people such as me tend to get a little bored and tired of doing the same exercises or workout routines over & over….

I want the people and general public to know that exercise and health is the right way to improve the way we think as people about life. Keeping fit and exercising is a way for everyone to feel great, build self-esteem, and confidence. It also helps in reducing stress in our lives.

I will take you into my own Exercise World: “Take It Outside The Gym!”

In America, we are dealing with a Obesity Problem among our children and I came up with a exercise program for the children as well for the disabled, seniors, professional athletes, and etc. I wanted to focus more on the children because of the seriousness of obesity in the United States. I want to focus on showing women and men, ways of exercising and staying fit while taking care of the house and/or the children. I will demonstrate to business women and men ways of working out while at their office or away on business. I will demonstrate to people ways of working out while on vacation, traveling, staying in hotels, playing with their children at the park, leaving or going to work, walking your dog or dogs, the subway or train, waiting at a street corner, and etc. GeT SwOL is designed to fit the needs for the people and children.

New Age of Fitness Training for Kids/Children

Monkey Bars

Swing Set

Basketball Court

Monkey Bars

When I was a kid, I loved the Monkey Bars. You and your children can get a great workout. Start your children off with a little cardio exercise by letting them run around, then hint to them or take them where the monkey bars are let your kids play on them, then you start them off with a set of 2-3 of 3 to 5 Reps. Then let them run around again for the cardio they need and repeat the same process. (Note: PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOUR CHILD HAS BREATHING PROBLEMS.) Please consult a doctor right away.

Swing Set

The Swing Set is always good for the children because it helps the blood flow through the body. Get great cardio exercise by swinging your legs.

Children love the swing set because they like being pushed and love to jump off once they reach a certain height. With this is very simple exercise they can do, every time they decide to jump off they can get a great cardio workout by running around the Swing Set Once and get back on swing again and jump off repeating this cycle 3-4 times. (Note: PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOUR CHILD HAS BREATHING PROBLEMS.)

Basketball Court

Children love to run and race each other or their parents. The Basketball Courts are a great cardio workout for you as well as your children.

Start from underneath the basket and count to ten before you and your child or children start to run to half court or full court touch the line and returning to the starting point which is back underneath the basket. Your child can repeat this cycle 2-4 times. (Note: PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOUR CHILD HAS BREATHING PROBLEMS.) Always consult a doctor if necessary.

Note: These exercises with your children can be done at Home, Park, or Day Care.

New Age of Fitness Training for the Disabled/Seniors

Note: I want to show the People of God who are Handicapped and in Nursing Homes that I have a lot of respect. I have a workout routines for them as well. Sometimes as we get older, we are not able to do what we used too, but that shouldn’t stop you from living life. I want to show you, the People of God, little exercises to do while lying in the bed, in the wheelchair, or in your home or in the nursing home.

  1. While lying in the bed, you can watch television or listen to music while doing leg lifts. Leg Lifts are very easy and simple and it’s good for the blood flow in the legs and also good for your abs.
    1. Start with lying on your back, placing your hands underneath your buttock raising the legs straight up in a 90 degrees angle. Then slowly lower the legs back to the starting point. This exercise can be repeated with a set of 4-5 with 8-10 reps.
    2. To add a little weight with this exercise, use blankets and pillows.
  2. Wheelchair exercises are the best because you get a great arms and shoulder workout.
    1. With wheelchair exercises you have to be careful that you don’t hurt yourself or anyone else. This exercise can be done at home or in the nursing home. The step or action to take is making sure you consult with your doctor before you proceed with this exercise.
    2. At home, you can use your driveway, parking lot, or sidewalk for a good cardio workout and develop nice toned arms and shoulders. Find a starting point, the starting point can be either the beginning of the driveway at the garage door or the end of the driveway. Start by timing yourself on how fast you can make it from one end to other but not too fast because you don’t want to hurt yourself. This exercise can be done with a partner or by yourself with a set of 4-5. BUT KEEP IN MIND WITH THIS EXERCISE YOU HAVE TO START FROM THE GARAGE DOOR AND GO DOWN AND COME BACK TO THE GARAGE DOOR TO BE COUNTED AS (ONE) SET.
    3. This exercise can be done at the nursing home in the hallways.

New Age of Fitness Training for Professional Athletes

Note: I want to show certain workout techniques as well as have athlete’s showcase and display ways they workout during the season and during the off-season. Basically, the way they would keep in shape and how they go about staying fit and in good health…. Also what type of food they like to eat and supplements!

Theo Ratliff is a professional basketball player of the NBA and an NBA All-Star Shot-blocker.

  1. Theo takes his workouts serious, we workout a little during his basketball camp in Demopolis, Alabama.
  2. Theo showed me that his workouts are about more reps and take long breaks before continuing the same exercise. Lifting heavy weight then going to lighter weight….
  3. First, he warmed up by doing pull ups and then started lifting on the decline bench for about 6-7 sets of 10-12 reps.
  4. After working out, Theo took his protein drink and told me about the protein drink called Lean Body by Labrada Nutrition I now too drink this protein drink thanks to Theo Ratliff.
  5. We ate some good healthy food and then drank our Sports Drink called REBOUNDFX.

Note: Theo hasn’t had the time yet to experience my Exercise World due to his schedule but he will “ Take It Outside The Gym!”
